The McRib is back, and as you can tell from the posts from us at EP, we couldn’t be any less thrilled about it. To me, the “rib” patty never tasted quite right, and the barbeque sauce used by McD’s is pretty mediocre to say the least. Well, some cat from Texas decided to make his own McRib, using pork belly. He had me at “pork belly.” Enjoy.
