3 gallons vegetable oil<\/p>\n
25 pounds flour<\/p>\n
8 ounces salt<\/p>\n
1 pound baking powder<\/p>\n
8 ounces baking soda<\/p>\n
6 ounces nutmeg<\/p>\n
6 ounces allspice<\/p>\n
4 ounces clove powder<\/p>\n
4 ounces ginger<\/p>\n
8 ounces cinnamon<\/p>\n
25 pounds carrots<\/p>\n
25 pounds eggs<\/p>\n
8 pounds walnuts<\/p>\n
20 pounds raisins<\/p>\n
8 ounces vanilla extract<\/p>\n
1. Place in a mixing bowl \u2013 sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove powder, allspice, baking powder, baking sods, salt. Using a paddle mix on slow for five minutes.<\/p>\n
2. Add raisins, carrots, walnuts, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract mix on slow speed for an additional five minutes.<\/p>\n
3. Increase speed to medium for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
4. Pour into loaf pans. Pans should be three-quarters full.<\/p>\n
5. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.<\/p>\n
